dB Snorkel, LLC Terms and Conditions

• Prior to ordering, verify that the dB Snorkel will fit your existing motorcycle or quad silencer. Refer to the “How It Works” page and the “Parts List” page at www.thedbsnorkel.com. It will also be helpful to you if you read the “FAQ” page.
• After receiving and prior to installing the dB Snorkel, thoroughly read and follow the Installation Instructions.
• The dB Snorkel is sold “As Is,” without any guarantees or warranties expressed or implied including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risk for any and all damage caused to themselves, a third party and/or property by use or misuse of this product.
• If you are paying with PayPal^TM, we will ship only to a "Confirmed Address". According to PayPal^TM , "a Confirmed Address is either the address at which the buyer receives their credit card statements, or an address of the buyer which PayPal^TM has confirmed outside the credit card system.

dB Snorkel, LLC Returns Policy

• Contact dB Snorkel, LLC before returning items. No returns accepted without approval from dB Snorkel, LLC.
• You may return unused and unaltered items within 60 days for a full refund. Ship securely-wrapped packages via UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Use only a shipper that provides a “Tracking Number” or other means to verify delivery. Shipping shall be at your expense. Packages must be prepaid. We do not accept COD’s.
• dB Snorkel, LLC will not accept returns on items that have been installed, used or damaged.
• If you are using PayPal^TM , refer to “User Agreement for PayPal^TM Service.”
